Frequently Asked Questions

Why did the airline change my flight?

Schedule changes always come from the airline, so this is completely out of our our control. The airline is responsible for transporting the traveler to the final destination as stated on the ticket. The airline always has the right to make changes to the flight schedule.

We do our best to help you "process" your schedule change. These changes always require follow-up action. It is never possible to keep your original flight.

Small change in your schedule:
A small change in your flight schedule does not require any action. The team will get in touch you via email to let you know about your schedule change. You can use your existing airline ticket to travel. There is no need to confirm your change.

Major schedule change:
If you have received a major schedule change, the airline will require your confirmation. In that case you have received an email from us with a button to confirm the schedule change.

We strongly recommend that you check in online 48 hours in advance so that you are aware of your flight schedule.

Airfares update every minute and are based on the tickets' demand and availability at any given time.
